Level up your coaching game by learning directly from experienced SOF coaches

Get hands-on practice with a step-by-step process to sharpen your coaching skills, build a scalable, systematic coaching practice and get better client results

The BTE Mentorship will teach you how to apply the principles we use to prepare elite performers for the toughest courses in the world in your coaching practice.

Over the past twenty years, we've coached, managed training facilities, and created coaching courses for clients from all walks of life.

Over that time, we've made countless mistakes and seen fads come and go. Through trial and error with thousands of clients, we've learned what principles, systems, and approaches work, their constraints, and what contexts and situations truly work with each.

This isn’t “someone on the internet said…” BS. This expert-validated, road-tested material successfully prepares operators and other tactical personnel in high-stakes, high-pressure situations where top performance isn’t optional.

In this course, we'll pass along what we've learned and, more importantly, work together to provide you with an adaptable system you can use with your clients, regardless of your coaching situation or clientele.

The BTE Coaching Mentorship will help you:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between physical, mental, & emotional performance so you can develop well-rounded, resilient athletes and avoid critical vulnerabilities

  • Create a robust system for assessing and providing guidance to your clients on all aspects of performance so you can understand and account for each client's individual needs and get more consistent results

  • Put all the pieces together by understanding how different aspects of performance affect each other, and how to balance these competing demands so you can create comprehensive, progressive programs that your clients can easily follow
